Force Majeure
ETS Academy shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from the use of our services, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith discussions. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to mediation, arbitration, or the jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
